Meet Denise Selber
Denise has always had a love and affinity for working closely with people and improving their health and wellbeing. She was born in Brazil where she worked as a physiotherapist for many years, improving the quality of life for her patients. Later, life brought her to Melbourne, Australia where she started a family and raised her two daughters.
This move presented Denise with a clean slate in regard to her career. This was an opportunity for her to pursue her passion for skin care and skin science. She gained her aesthetician diploma from Elly Lukas with awards in science, as well as Dux of school for 2013. In addition, she obtained the following international qualifications: CIDESCO, ITEC, and CIBTAC diplomas.
After acquiring her degree, Denise worked as Ä€esop’s Melbourne based facialist and at Code M in South Yarra. These unique positions allowed her to further develop her skills, knowledge and hone her own style and perfect her technique.
Denise decided to relocate to New York with her family, subsequently she attained her New York state licence for aesthetics in 2021, where she started her own independent business, Dermacode Skincare. A place where all her experience, knowledge, and passion for skin health culminated to provide highly customised facials, delivering an inimitable experience and excellent results.
